Authentication
Stupid question-based authentication system ... my account was blocked three times because of it, and now I think the bank personnel must have reported me to the police at least once ... well, they've already changed it. Now it implies a code input, sent to my cellphone, an I have to write in my PC in less than 5 minutes ... or it explodes ...
